The development site is located along Coquette Point and River Roads, Innisfail and is situated approximately 2km east of the Innisfail town centre. The site is bordered by Coquette Point Road and River Road to its southern and western boundaries respectively. This site is bound by the Johnstone River along its northern extent and Ninds Creek along its eastern extent. This marina will be one of the closest to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, offering very easy access to the reef.

The site covers a total area of 89.26 Ha with development approval for 179 residential lots with private pontoons, 3 commercial lots and a small 54 berth marina.
